Competent and attentive staff. I bought my motorcycle and various accessories there. It is the essential motorcycle address in Guéret, and even in the department. The bike store, on the floor below, is also up to par (especially for mountain bikers and cross bike enthusiasts).

I am giving feedback on my experience with this garage which for me is dishonest. You be the judge. I bought a KTM TPI 2019, 90h in 2021, everything was going well. During the first oil change, the screw was spinning, impossible to unscrew or screw again, so I called the garage, who already blamed me but still took charge of the bike. (It’s still my 4th enduro bike, they are very cute but I found it incorrect for them to blame me). I collect the bike with a socket (which I already found to be very average for a bike that has just been purchased) and on top of that with a large amount of cold solder paste under the casing. When I ask the reason, it's to solidify the crankcase when they add the bushing so that it doesn't crack. (first time hearing this). So finally after 8 p.m. and spending more than 7,000 euros, I found myself with a TPI with a crankcase on which there was cold paste. Well, I get home and I notice that it’s leaking……………… I call back, I bring the bike back, knowing that I am 1h30 from the garage so 3 hours of driving each time. I come across a guy at reception that I've never seen before, he sees the repair and seems surprised by the work done but doesn't dare say anything. In short, I got the bike back the following week, and unbelievably the boss charged me for the repair, because supposedly, it didn't suit me. (She was running away... who would have suited that, honestly?) In short, the guy at reception understands that this is wrong and gives me a credit on the bill. (thanks to him anyway) I am advised to go see an expert, I take some steps, for enduro it is expensive and I am not Crésus. I wanted to trust the garage which assured me that the cold paste was not there to hide a crack. (I didn't really have a choice) Result today, dismantling of the crankcase by my mechanic (who is shocked by a repair like this, the crankcase is cracked at the weld, so no, they didn't reinforce anything at all, they just hid the misery. To sell the motorcycles and collect money there are people, but to repair their mistakes it doesn't mean spending any money. The photos are only there to confirm my statements and show their bad habits. Sad for a garage that markets big brands and for a sport that is dying. Best regards Martin Raymondeau

Excellent experience with the Atomic Moto brand. Acquisition of a Yamaha brand SSV remotely. Thanks to Thierry for his total transparency, throughout the duration of the transaction, with sending photos, perfectly describing the condition of the vehicle, no unpleasant surprises upon delivery, and above all always available to answer any questions. Perfect administrative management, with sending of the commercial proposal, very quickly, then registration documents and other invoices. Excellent welcome upon delivery of the vehicle, team of enthusiasts who take the time to interact with the customer. Very satisfied with my purchase and the experience with this brand, I can only recommend it 100%
